How to Book A Vaccine Appointment Through Christy, Your Virtual Assistant

Vaccinations are being provided by appointment only. Appointments can be made through Christy by following the 4 easy steps below.

You will be prompted to answer a few screening questions, which determine your eligibility, prior to finding the location nearest you and scheduling an appointment, if available. 


Determine Eligibility

Click “yes” in the chat box on the right-hand side of the page to connect with Christy, your virtual assistant.

Christy will ask you a few questions to ensure that you are eligible for the vaccine. 


Schedule an Appointment

If you qualify for the vaccine, Christy will find the CHRISTUS community location nearest to your zip code.


Complete Registration

Fill out all patient information and confirm your appointment date, time and community partner location. 

Please note that you can select "no insurance" when completing your registration.  Our vaccination clinics are free.
